2. Booking conditions

Rates are exclusive of taxes (HT). Applicable VAT:

  • 10% for transfer benefits,
  • 20% for provisions with a defined program.
  • Driver meal: 25€ including VAT (if applicable).

Possible supplements:

  • Travel in France: compulsory driver accommodation if necessary (package 140€ HT/night, 20% VAT).
  • Travel abroad: conditions studied on a case-by-case basis before validation of the mission.
  • 50% increase applicable on December 24, 25, 31, 31, January and 1 May.
  • Beyond 3 vehicles mobilized simultaneously, a Neom Luxury coordinator may be required: €180 excluding VAT for 4 hours (+ 20% VAT).

Important: any price proposal is valid subject to availability. A quick confirmation is required to guarantee the service.

3. Cancellation conditions

Services on the French Riviera:

  • D-2: toll-free
  • D-1:50% of the amount of the services booked
  • D-Day: 100% of the amount of the services booked

Event periods (Cannes Film Festival, conferences, trade shows, international events, etc.):

  • From D-30 to D-15:30%
  • From D-14 to D-8:70%
  • From D-7 to D-day: 100%

Services in the provinces or abroad: the cancellation conditions are defined on a case-by-case basis depending on the destination and the period.

4. Regulations & driving time

Maximum range with one driver: 14 hours per day.
Compulsory daily rest: 10 consecutive hours.
Weekly rest: 24 consecutive hours after 6 days of work.

5. Responsibilities

5.1 Responsibilities of Neom Luxury

  • Drivers are professionals who hold a valid VTC card.
  • No passenger outside the service is allowed on board without prior written agreement.
  • The vehicles comply with the legal and regulatory standards in force.
  • In the event of immobilization of the vehicle, Neom Luxury undertakes to intervene as soon as possible.
  • Neom Luxury cannot be held responsible for delays due to traffic conditions, changes in schedules (train, plane) or cases of force majeure.
  • Any complaint must be made in writing within a maximum of one month after the service.
  • In the event of proven liability of Neom Luxury, the compensation is capped at €1,500.
  • Baggage and personal effects are not covered by the carrier's insurance, including when they are given to the driver.

5.2 Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer is responsible for any changes to the initial program that may result in non-compliance with regulations.
  • The customer is responsible for the behavior of the passengers carried.
  • Any damage to the vehicle will be invoiced based on the actual cost of the repairs.
  • The transport of illegal goods or any activity that is contrary to the law and morality is strictly prohibited.
  • Luggage must be placed exclusively in the spaces provided for this purpose.
  • The customer is responsible for his personal effects. Neom Luxury cannot be held responsible for any forgotten object.
  • The fines related to a stop or parking imposed by the customer will be re-invoiced to the customer.

6. Order & payment

Order

All reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the service, in writing (email or validated estimate), specifying the schedule and the program. Any changes must also be confirmed in writing.

Down payment

Neom Luxury reserves the right to require a deposit or full payment before the service.

7. Invoicing

Invoices are drawn up in euros including VAT. Final billing may include:

  • extra kilometers,
  • additional hours,
  • ancillary costs (tolls, car parks, taxes, meals and driver accommodation not covered, drinks, etc.).

Payment terms:

  • Payment within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
  • In case of late payment:
  • late payment interest equivalent to 3 times the legal rate,
  • fixed compensation of €40 for recovery costs.
  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, bank card.
  • Cash payments over €1,000 are not allowed.

8. Validity of prices

Neom Luxury rates are established according to current economic conditions.
In the event of significant changes (in particular fuel increases), Neom Luxury reserves the right to adjust its rates with one month's notice.

9. Various provisions

  • Subcontracting: Neom Luxury may entrust certain services to referenced partners.
  • Luggage: standard capacity of one suitcase per passenger.
  • Animals: not allowed without specific prior agreement.
  • Alcoholic drinks: not allowed in vehicles.

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the competent commercial court will be that of the head office of Neom Luxury, even in the event of multiple defendants.
